Our heritage breed pigs are well known for their marbled meat.  Raising the pigs on pasture and supplementing with a non-gmo feed enhances the flavor.

Our farming practices include rotating our animals to fresh pasture to ensure the health of the animals and land.  We count on the pasture grasses and bugs and not drugs to help our animals thrive.
